I am sure the brace works great BUT the inside at the base of thumb rubs skin raw. I loosen the straps but it still rubs but then it's not tight enough. I used some old moleskin on the inside of brace to cover the "bone" and coarse material.

That's a wrap!
This brace is great! It offers 3 adjustments to help it fit on your hand. I have used it on both hands, been able to use it during the night and have seen improvements in healing my hand.

Comfortable but puts pressure on my wrist
The metal loop where the velcro attaches applies excessive force on the outer bone of my wrist. Adjusting the strap doesn't alleviate the issue. Apart from that, the brace provides effective support ????
