Having a holder to ensure that the ice pack stays in the desired position is quite beneficial. In case you have a larger knee, the wrap might be a bit snug. However, this product is definitely convenient to have.

I found these ice pack wraps to be quite interesting. They have a unique feature where you can fill them with water to create a cold pack, or alternatively, you can fill them with beans or rice to create a heat wrap.

I am extremely pleased with how well this product works. It is far more effective than the items you place in the freezer. The cold sensation lasts for a longer period of time and remains consistently cold. I am scheduled to undergo my first knee replacement surgery next week, and I am confident that I will be relying on these products repeatedly. This is truly an excellent product!

Good but not suitable for larger legs or big feet
I really like this product as it serves its purpose well. However, just like the picture indicates, the straps are not suitable for people with larger legs or big feet.
