Five star as I love it
I wish I had purchased two as I know I will be in for the long haul as I no longer have back pain but my posture needs your support. It has been absolutely what the doctor ordered as I am pain free when I wear this brace

Save your money. This product is absolutely terrible. I can't emphasize enough how poorly made it is. It's essentially worthless.

It worked for me
I suffer from EDS with hypermobility and have experienced numerous dislocations in both of my shoulders. This posture support proved to be extremely beneficial. It served as a gentle reminder whenever I slouched, allowing me to straighten up. Following the instructions, I found it easy to put on and adjust, although I am quite flexible. I did have to make a few adjustments until I found the perfect fit, but once I started working with the support instead of against it, I discovered that it was comfortable and didn't dig into my underarms. I strongly believe that correcting my posture over time will decrease the frequency of shoulder dislocations I endure. Only time will reveal the true outcome.
