I found these ice pack wraps to be quite interesting. They have a unique feature where you can fill them with water to create a cold pack, or alternatively, you can fill them with beans or rice to create a heat wrap.

I am extremely pleased with how well this product works. It is far more effective than the items you place in the freezer. The cold sensation lasts for a longer period of time and remains consistently cold.
