If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at enquiry@doctorarthritis.org. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
