These are decent, but they don't revolutionize the game. They tend to move around more than other brands I've tried. Additionally, they cause my shoes to fit more snugly, which could be beneficial if your shoes are slightly oversized. As a result, I removed them from the heels I had initially placed them in.

These inserts are incredibly easy to use - just peel off the plastic backing and stick them in place. They are completely invisible, even in high heels. The inserts fit perfectly in the shoe base and are completely covered by your foot. They provide an extra layer of gel cushioning and effectively protect the balls of my feet from the pressure of standing. I will definitely keep this set in my current pair of shoes and use the others for my other heels or sandals.
