Our premium reusable hot and cold compress pack is based on the highest specification and developed by Medical Doctors with years of experience in managing patients that deal with body injuries. Whether you are recovering from an injury, pulled or twisted a muscle or just need support, you can trust in our product. This means BETTER RELIEF, DECREASED SWELLING and QUICKER RECOVERY.

MULTIPLE SIZES & DURABLE, HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL

Our hot or cold compress pack comes in 3 different sizes for you to choose from based on your need and injury location (see sizing chart: Image 2). Also suitable for children (under supervision). This hot or cold compress pack is made with high quality anti-condensation fabric with a spill-proof cap constructed to be sturdy, durable and withstand daily use.

USED AS A COLD PACK

Simply add ice and a little cold water for your perfect ice bag. By restricting blood flow, the ice pack decreases swelling, reduces muscle spasms and importantly reduces pain. Ice therapy can be used for chronic conditions such as arthritis, migraines and dermatitis, as well as acute injuries such as sprains, strains and even for muscle recovery following a workout!

USED AS A HOT PACK

Simply add warm water (not exceeding 131ºF (55ºC)) and you have your hot pack ready to go. Heat therapy helps to relax and loosen tissues, stimulating blood flow. Heat therapy can greatly improve symptoms in conditions such as arthritis, headaches/migraines, fibromyalgia, menstrual pain/cramps, spasms, bursitis and stiff necks/backs.

OUR DOCTOR-DEVELOPED HOT AND COLD COMPRESS PACK

Dr. Arthritis is a healthcare brand founded by two practising Medical Doctors. As doctors, we can understand the pain/suffering patients may experience with their body. Moreover, we understand the pathophysiology behind swelling and the different types of pain you may experience.

We have found that hot and cold compress treatment is a simple and underutilized therapy that can relieve inflammation and pain both in our joints and other parts of our bodies. The Dr. Arthritis hot and cold compress pack is made from premium, flexible, anti-condensation material and can be applied with comfort to all parts of your body. It can provide quick and effective pain relief as well as reduce inflammation in a number of conditions.

We hope that you find our products useful and start to notice positive changes to your life.

A proportion of profits will be donated to the Arthritis Foundation.
